The time to act — green transition is underway globally

The rising demand for energy across Africa is creating both a crisis and an opportunity. As the continent grows, so does the need for clean, reliable, and affordable energy solutions.

Existing energy networks have not yet reached the young people who will build Africa's future. Mentorship is a vital requirement for career advancement, yet many aspiring energy professionals lack access to it.

AFEN was created to bridge this gap — to build a community where passionate young Africans can learn, grow, connect, and lead Africa's green energy transition.
